Dr.Hwang waves his hand to students before he leaves Seoul National University on Friday, December 23, 2005. Researcher Hwang apologized Friday and resigned from the South Korean university after the school said he fabricated results in stem-cell research that had raised hopes of new cures for hard-to-treat diseases.

- The image was released to the press and it was obtained from a press kit on this case Associated Press.
- It is a picture of historical nature showing a famous individual on this case Dr.Hwang Woo Suk while he was surrounded by reporters after he announced his resignation from Seoul National University.
- In absence of free graphic material which can be used for this purpose Wikipedia admits copyright images in low resolution can be uploaded to Wikipedia servers based on US Wikipedia.
- The historical relevance of the following picture adds detailed information to the article and its inclusion on it makes clear how the events developed, to the general public.HappyApple 05:42, 10 February 2006 (UTC)
