Reasons:
Scan is of Official Derby Owners Club cards. Sega nor Hitmaker! is not finacially impacted by such fair uses of image provided. Cards also appear to have been bought and (possibly) used in game machines, so both Sega and Hitmaker have already profited from sale of such items.
