[edit] Story

Junta Momonari is a high school student with an unusual problem. Whenever he becomes aroused by a woman, his "female allergy" kicks in, and the poor boy throws up. Thus he is a complete failure with women, with no hope in sight. One fateful day however Junta is confronted by a girl in strange clothing named Karin Aoi who claims to be from the future.

She tells him about how in her time the world has become terribly overpopulated, to the point where having more than one child is a crime punishable by death. To make matters worse, one family—the Momonari family—are all "Mega-Playboys", people with sexual charisma and impulses that lead each of them to have 100 children, each of whom in turn has 100 children. All this started with a single Mega-Playboy, whom Karin has traveled back to the past to deal with. Karin is a "DNA Operator". Her job is to make alterations in people's DNA that will change their nature for the good of society. When she shoots this Mega-Playboy with a DCM (DNA Control Medicine) bullet he will be relieved of his playboy qualities, and she can return to the future rich enough to finally get the nice husband, cute pet, and sweet, sweet home she yearns for. Then, after confirming Junta's name, she promptly shoots him, much to his surprise.

It seems that Junta, the boy who couldn't even look at a naked woman without vomiting, was destined to become the Mega-Playboy when he turned 21. Karin, having apparently doomed Junta's love-life forever with her DCM, escapes back to her time machine while Junta is left paralyzed on the floor of the restaurant where she shot him. She arrives at the time machine just in time to receive a message from her boss in the future. Her hope for a hardy congratulations are dashed when her rather upset employer points out that the DCM she was supposed to use on the Mega-Playboy is still in the future. By shooting Junta with the wrong DCM, rather than eliminate the Mega-Playboy, Karin created him!

[edit] Characters

Names are in English order, with the given name before the surname.

  • Junta Momonari: high school student with an "allergy" to girls. Transforms into the Mega-Playboy periodically.
  • Karin Aoi: 16 year old DNA Operator from the overcrowded future. All she wants out of life is a nice husband, a cute pet, and a sweet home.
  • Ami Kurimoto: Junta's childhood friend and for the most part, the only girl who doesn't cause him to have an allergic reaction. However, she was the cause of one of his reactions in episode 11. Also the only girl immune to the Mega-Playboy's ability to seduce women.
  • Tomoko Saeki: Who really likes Junta. Ex-girlfriend of Ryuji.
  • Ryuji Sugashita: Tomoko's rich and rather conceited boyfriend, and rival to the Mega-Playboy. Sometimes spelled as "Ryuuji."
  • Kotomi Takanashi: friend of Ami's who has a problem similar to Junta's allergy. Whenever she gets nervous she passes gas. She and Junta spend some time together trying to help cure each other.
  • Yokomori: Karin's Boss in the future.
  • Lulara Kawasaki: Mega-Playboy Junta's great-granddaughter. In the manga she was his youngest daughter instead, making her Junta's 100th child.
  • Mori: A government official from the future who wishes to use the Mega-Playboy and his descendants for his own purposes.
  • Kakimaro Someya: A friend of Junta who often pokes fun at Junta's bad girl luck.
  • Ichigo Ichikawa: One of Junta's friends.
  • Chiyo Momonari: Junta's mother.
