Dmitrijs Miļkevičs (born December 6, 1981 in Latvia), is an athlete competing in 400 m and 800 m.

Miļkevičs ran a career-best 46.44 in the 400 meters at the 2003 European U-23 Championships in Bydgoszcz, Poland. He has won one NCAA championships, while competing for the University of Nebraska. In the 2004 Summer Olympics, he was 14th in the 800 meters.
