[edit] Description

DJ Magazine is a fortnightly magazine dedicated to Electronic Dance Music (EDM) and DJs, established in 1991.

DJmag.com is the online edition of DJ Magazine, and was launched in 1998. Like the prestigious worldwide dance music magazine, DJmag.com is at the leading edge of the dance music press, covering the ongoing evolution of the most significant cultural phenomenon of our times.

Both DJmag and DJmag.com are highly respected in the dance industry and are thought of as quality, music-led publications.

DJmag.com carries daily dance music news and features with DJs, and has a reputable digital download music store selling tens of thousands of dance tracks.

DJmag.com is also home to the world's biggest and most important DJ Poll - DJmag's Top 100 DJs - and annually hundreds of thousands of dance music fans vote for their favourite DJs through the website. In 2004, the magazine began an annual VJ poll published alongside the DJ poll.

In October 2006 Future Publishing the publishers of DJ Magazine confirmed it is to sell or close a number of titles in its print portfolio, including DJ. In November 2006 MiM completed the purcase of DJMag from Future Publishing
