My name is David. I am originally from Ireland but have lived in England for the past fifteen years. I've made my home in Liverpool, after coming to the city to study History at Liverpool John Moores University. I have been interested in history from an early age. I have been a Bruce Springsteen fan for over 20 years. I am also a keen football fan since as long as I can remember. I support Ireland, Liverpool F.C.. More recently I have supported FC Barcelona and I have contributed to many articles on the club and its personnel.

Some of my contributions have been used as press sources. On November 23 2005 excerpts of my contributions to the Athletic Bilbao article appeared in the The Guardian [1] and were used by Everton F.C. in their match program for a friendly against Athletic on August 12 2006.
