Born and raised in Northern England, DJ Stormz (also known as STORMZ is known for his hard hitting Bhangra show on Sky Digital Akash Radio. Stormz increased his listenership, after playing eastern dnb on his shows, which is a rare sight on national radio. The show is listened to by many listeners from Norway, Germany, Canada, the United States, Spain, Italy and the UK. Stormz first started out DJing hip hop, R&B, and reggae as well as this, stormz a versatile dj, playing drum n base music since the age of 15. Within his first two years at the station it was nominated twice for an Asian music award at the AMAs in the UK.
