Dixie Howell

Millard F. "Dixie" Howell was a college football head coach at Idaho, and Arizona State. From 1938 to 1941, he coached at Arizona State, and compiled a 23-15-4 record. From 1947 to 1950, he coached at Idaho, where he compiled a 13-20-1 record.
