The 2004/2005 Division de Honor de Futsal (or Liga Nacional de Futbol Sala) Playoffs was the postseason of the Division de Honor de Futsal's 2004/2005 season. Consisting of 8 teams best classified, the playoffs involved over a two weeks of play and more than 20 games overall. The playoffs were conducted in 2-game series, with the team with the better record scoring in these matches, will be classified. Boomerang Interviú FS won the 2005 LNFS Playoffs by defeating the ElPozo Murcia Turística FS, 3-2 in the Division de Honor de Futsal Finals.
