Distinguished Eagle Scout Award is part of the Scouting WikiProject, an effort to build a comprehensive and detailed guide to Scouting and Guiding on the Wikipedia. This includes but is not limited to boy and girl organizations, WAGGGS and WOSM organizations as well as those not so affiliated, country and region-specific topics, and anything else related to Scouting. - Each plaque is unique...it's inscribed with the award write up of each recipient; and it's in 3D relief. I know George Thomas Coker (did his nomination and presented it at his ceremony). The plaques are exquisitely beautiful, about 14x20, and cost about $700. The medallion is a gold eagle on a red/white/blue necklace. Maybe George will take photos for us.
