- Done so, played internationally at Jam at the Dam and Jam Cruise, as well as playing Bonnaroo. Set to headline a New Years Eve show at Tweeter Center in Camden, New Jersey this year. Verifiable at various setlist sites on the internet, such as http://www.phantasytour.com
- Has released two or more albums on a major label or one of the more important indie labels (i.e. an independent label with a history of more than a few years and a roster of performers, many of which are notable).
- Megaforce Records and SCI Fidelity are small, but there albums are still availble through Amazon.com and various chain stores, such as Best Buy and Circuit City.
- Has been featured in multiple non-trivial published works in reliable and reputable media (excludes things like school newspapers (although university newspapers are usually fine), personal blogs, etc.)
