discipline is a important thing to know about because you should always know what to do when to do it discipline means doing to the right thing because its the right thing to do

[edit] Is this article for real?

Can we link to an example or an article discussing this for real? I mean, the fact that there are negative consequences to crime should never be regarded as a reason to excuse said crime. Whether or not you disclose your history, it's not a global-ethical problem, just a factor of where you draw the line with honesty. But this isn't about civil disobedience. I dunno, I don't know whom I would ever hire who would consider this an issue. This sounds like an undergrad HR paper or an east coast sociopathic consultant. --Mrcolj 14:39, 22 August 2006 (UTC)

Maybe it would do enough to have a line or three in here surveying efforts of some schools to create options for expungement. Because if it's not officially expunged, I care. I care as much in hiring about a kid who got thrown out of class for mouthing off or not doing homework or smelling like patchouli as I do about a minor criminal record.
