Distaff Breeders' Cup Handicap

The Distaff Breeders' Cup Handicap is a race for thoroughbred race horses. It is open to fillies and mares, age three and up, willing to race the six furlong distance. The Grade II race is held each winter at Aqueduct Racetrack for a purse of $150,000 and is one of the few graded stakes for fillies and mares at a sprint distance.
