I live in the "Commonwealth" (which I take to mean Commonwealth of Nations, formerly British Commonwealth, rather than the Commonwealth of Massachusetts or the Commonwealth of Independent States), specifically in Britain. and I've never heard of this (we have a Dip Ed - Diploma of Education or a PGCE, postgraduate Certificate of Education). I therefore dispute whether this is "a common professional qualification for school teachers in the Commonwealth". Tonywalton | Talk 00:34, 24 January 2006 (UTC)
