Diocese of Ourense

Diocese of Ourense (also known as "Dioecesis Auriensis") Is one of the five districts in which the Roman Catholic church divides Galicia in North-western Spain. The bishop has "cathedra" (i.e.: from Latin "seat") in the Cathedral of Ourense and his jurisdiction covers all the 28 districts and 735 parishes of the Province of Ourense.
