Dinting

Dinting is a district of Glossop in Derbyshire, England. It is notable for the massive structure of the Dinting Arches, part of the Glossop Line which goes as far as Manchester Piccadilly railway station, and also for Dinting Railway Museum,(Bahamas Locomotive Society) which closed in 1991. At its peak, the museum used to feature visits by such famous railway engines as LNER Class A3 4472 Flying Scotsman and The Mallard.
