Din Tai Fung (鼎泰丰) or Ding Tai Feng is a renowned Taiwanese restaurant specialising in Xiao Long Bao (steamed pork dumplings) which has opened many outlets throughout the world, such as Singapore, Hong Kong, the U.S.A., Japan and China.

Din Tai Fung was founded by Yang Bingyi from Shanxi more than 50 years ago.
