Dillon Morgan is a fictional villain from the video game Syphon Filter 2. He is the Commander of the Agency reporting directly to Agency Director Lyle Stevens. As the armed forces commander of the Agency, he responsible for attempting to sell the Syphon Filter virus to foreign rogue nations. He was killed after being shot by Gabe Logan at a museum exhibition in New York City.

He is one of two Africans depicted in the Syphon Filter series, the other being Lawrence Mujari.
