Diller is a village in Jefferson County, Nebraska, United States. The population was 287 at the 2000 census.

Diller is located at 40°6′31″N, 96°56′16″W (40.108717, -96.937840)GR1.

According to the United States Census Bureau, the village has a total area of 1.1 km² (0.4 mi²), all land.

As of the censusGR2 of 2000, there were 287 people, 118 households, and 84 families residing in the village. The population density was 263.8/km² (687.9/mi²). There were 130 housing units at an average density of 119.5/km² (311.6/mi²). The racial makeup of the village was 99.65% White, 0.35% from other races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 1.74% of the population.

There were 118 households out of which 40.7% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 66.9% were married couples living together, 3.4% had a female householder with no husband present, and 28.0% were non-families. 27.1% of all households were made up of individuals and 12.7% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older. The average household size was 2.43 and the average family size was 2.96.

In the village the population was spread out with 25.4% under the age of 18, 8.4% from 18 to 24, 31.0% from 25 to 44, 21.6% from 45 to 64, and 13.6% who were 65 years of age or older. The median age was 37 years. For every 100 females there were 103.5 males. For every 100 females age 18 and over, there were 103.8 males.

The median income for a household in the village was $37,813, and the median income for a family was $46,071. Males had a median income of $26,591 versus $17,083 for females. The per capita income for the village was $20,759. None of the families and 1.8% of the population were below the poverty line. 0.0% of those under and 3.1% of those 65 and older were living below the poverty line.
