[edit] Welcome to the Digimon Systems Update WikiProject

Thanks for joining the project!

Basically, being apart of a WP:DIGI means you'll help organize, expand, clean up, and guide Digimon related articles on Wikipedia. You can also help create guidelines and discuss issues about Digimon-related articles. If you're new, don't be afraid about making mistakes, Wikipedia has a lot to take in. More importantly, use common sense and make good faith efforts to follow the guidelines. No one is expected to know all of them, and sometimes they don't even apply, so you don't always know until you make an edit.

If you are unsure about something you can always make a note on it's discussion page (the link for each article's discussion page is next to the edit this page link) for asking for help or even just asking for other people's suggestions and feedback.

Remember to not violate copyrights, such as cutting and pasting exact info from other Digimon websites isn't allowed. Cite where information you add came from (episode appearance, manga, card game info, etc). And remember that Wikipedia isn't a fan-site, the articles should contain information that is useful and interesting to those who have not seen the shows or played the card games.

Again, welcome to the WikiProject. Check out the links on the Project page and familiarize yourself with the guidelines and advice we have so far, and definitely check out the talk page and get involved there as well, with opinions and any ideas you have. And make sure you add the project page and the to do list to your watch list so you can keep up to date with the Project. -- Ned Scott 23:29, 21 April 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Digimon infobox

You might want to look at Template talk:Infobox Digimon for more information in using this template.

The level variables are only used for direct evolution. Any DNA-digivolution interrupts this, and is not reflected in the infobox. For partnered digimon characters, we strictly limit any digivolution that were actually shown in the anime. Admittedly, they still need to be cleaned up from several articles, but this is complicated work and still in-progress. Circeus 02:25, 3 June 2006 (UTC)
