Digital Ink and Paint is an animation technique currently used by most animation studios. The digital version is now heavily favoured over Traditional Ink and Paint. The reason for this is that Traditional Ink and Paint is extremely time consuming and expensive. Although Digital Ink and Paint is also expensive, the amount of money used is much less.
