Dieter Lindner (born January 18, 1937 in Nebra) was a West German athlete who competed mainly in the 20 kilometre walk.
He competed for West Germany in the 1964 Summer Olympics held in Mexico City, Mexico in the 20 kilometre walk where he won the silver medal.
