Diego Mazzone was born in 1971 in Montreal, Canada. Graduated from McGill University with a B.Sc. in Physical Therapy, honored with the Helen M. Gault Leadership Award and served as Valedictorian for the Faculty of Medicine. Later received an MBA from Indiana University's Kelley School of Business with honorary recognition from Beta Gamma Sigma.

Held several positions in Management within the Healthcare and Pharmaceutical fields in both Canada and the United States. Profiled in Selling Power Magazine and served on The Board of Distinguished Judges & Advisors for the Sales Excellence portion of the Stevie Awards. Also serving on the Board of Directors for the Council for Continuing Pharmaceutical Education.
