Angela is a reclusive ex-singer with more than a few secrets. She's unhappily married to her movie-director husband Sol and cheating on him with her well-endowed, gigolo lover Tony Parker, played by Jason Priestly. Angela loves her simple son Lance and hates her daddy's-girl daughter, Edith. And she doesn't care much for the nosy maid, Bootsie, either.

When Sol decides to put his foot down and cancels Angela's credit cards, she kills him with a poisoned suppository. Angela gets in trouble when her activity catches the attention of the police. Her downfall comes when her previously loyal Lance teams up with Edith in a plot to get Angela to confess to the crime.
