Richard Meyer Levy (born 1939) is the Chairman, President and former Chief Executive Officer of Varian Medical Systems. Levy graduated from Dartmouth College in Hanover, New Hampshire. He is currently married to Susan Lewis Levy. His compensation for year 2004 amounted to $9,540,851.00 making him one of Silicon Valley's wealthiest executives. In 2005 his salary and stock options exceeded $12,320,000.00.
