Richard Duckworth (June 6, 1906 - April 9, 1983) was an English footballer and football manager.

Dick Duckworth, a Bacup-born utility player began his career with Castleton Junuiors, subsequently moving on to Carlisle United, Rochdale, Oldham Athletic, Chesterfield, Southport, Chester, Rotherham United and York City.
[edit] Managerial Career
Duckworth began his managerial career with non-league Newark Town, moving to manage York City in March 1950. He subsequently managed Stockport County, Darlington and Scunthorpe United.
He died in Sheffield in 1983, aged 75.
