Diacylglycerol lipase

Diacylglycerol lipase, also known as DAG lipase, DAGL or DGL, is a key enzyme in the synthesis of one of the endocannabinoids, 2-arachidonoylglycerol. Two separate gene products of DGL have been identified and termed DGLα and DGLβ.

Inhibitors

The enzyme has been described to be inhibited selectively by two agents, RHC80267 and tetrahydrolipstatin.
