DHL Aviation N.V. (IATA: , ICAO: DHV, and Callsign: ) is a cargo airline owned by DHL.
It operates out of its main hub at Brussels Airport, opened in 1985.

The company flies with Airbus (A300) and Boeing (757) aircraft within Europe and also provides links in the DHL Network to the USA (New York JFK) and the Middle East (Bahrain). For smaller routes Convair and Lockheed planes are used as well. The ageing Boeing 727 and Douglas DC-8 are slowly being phased out.
DHL uses ABX Air and Astar Air Cargo as the primary air carriers within its United States network.
On July 1st 2002 a DHL Boeing 757 collided with a Bashkirian Airlines Tupolev 154 over Überlingen, Germany (near Lake Constance), killing all 71 aboard both aircraft.
