Devon Carter is a fictional recurring character that plays on the hit television sitcom That's So Raven. He is played by rapper Lil' J.

Devon plays Raven Baxter's boyfriend and was introduced in season 2 of That's So Raven. When his dad was moving to Seattle because he was getting remarried Devon and Raven decide to call it quits in the episode "There Goes the Bride". In the episode "Save The Last Dance" he had accidentally run into Raven during her prom night. As luck would have it, Raven did not have a prom date and Devon wasn't seeing anybody. He then told Raven that his dad would be coming back to San Francisco occasionally on business so he could see more of Raven. Their relationship resumed.

He used to have braces and bad acne. He was unattractive until the braces were removed and the acne cleared up during the summer before his freshman year.
Raven and Alana were both fighting for him in the episode Run Raven Run, but neither of them proved victorious (until later episodes when Raven would do so).
He became Raven's boyfriend, even after he moved to Seattle, Washington.
His favorite food is egg rolls.
He is favorite show is "Astro Force Five", which is very similar to Star Trek.
