"Devil in Your Soul" is a pop-rock song and the debut independent single from Australian singer-songwriter Tiffani Wood. Released on 18 July 2005, it was the first musical release to be lifted from her very own record label, Mudhoney Records. The single showcased a new harder, fast-paced rock sound with exhilarating electrical guitars, strong drum beats and a saucy vocal performance by Wood. The tongue-in-cheek lyrics take a stab at the music industry and how major record labels take advantage of their younger artists in order to make them 'marketable'. Wood also co-directed the music video which featured a number of different scenarios relating to the lyrics. The single debuted at #13 on the Association of Independent Records (AIR) chart and spent numerous weeks in the Top 20. "Devil in Your Soul" is the first single from Wood's debut album Bite Your Tongue.
