Development

- Development (in general) - it is a dynamic process of improvement, which implies a change, an evolution, growth and advancement. Development as a phenomenon suggests that people are able to control their future and can improve their condition in the world (living conditions, capacity to feed, education level, life length, etc.) through process towards something better (Skeldon R., 1997).
