which is the company that Despair, Inc. is principally parodying

Although Despair, Inc. can be seen as a parody against the whole culture, the link between Despair and Successories is obvious. Compare Despair's Demotivators and Successories' Corporate Impressions products and Partition Editions (11x14) products. The similarity just can't be coincidental. –Peter J.
