Desabhimani is a Malayalam newspaper run by Communist Party of India (Marxist). Originally started as a weekly in 1942 and later converted to a daily in 1946. It has different editions published from Kozhikode, Kochi, Thiruvananthapuram, Kannur, Kottayam and Trichur. V. V. Dakshinamoorthi is the present Chief Editor of Desabhimani Daily.
