Des Moines Menace are an American soccer team, founded in 1994. The team is a member of the United Soccer Leagues Premier Development League (PDL), the fourth tier of the American Soccer Pyramid, and play in the Heartland Division of the Central Conference against teams from Boulder, Colorado Springs, Kansas City, Sioux Falls, St. Louis and Thunder Bay.

The Menace currently play their home games at Waukee Stadium in the city of Waukee, Iowa, 14 miles west of downtown Des Moines. The team is currently raising money for a new 6,000 capacity soccer-specific stadium in suburban Des Moines, although the team have had troubles in the negotiations with the Urbandale City Council over the site. Currently the club has the highest average attendance in the PDL.

The Menace are one of the more successful teams in the PDL. Despite losing their first 10 games in their debut season, they reached the final stages of the PDL Championship playoffs in 1995 and 1998, before winning the PDL Championship title in 2005, beating the El Paso Patriots in El Paso, Texas.

The team's colors are red, white and black.
