Desmond "Des" Lardner-Burke was a Rhodesian politician.

He served as a government minister in the Rhodesian Front government of Ian Smith. Lardner-Burke was one of the signatories to the Unilateral Declaration of Independence, signed in Salisbury on November 11, 1965.
