Derya Köroğlu

Derya Köroğlu (born 1955) is the founding member and lead singer of the Turkish musical group Yeni Türkü. He is the only member of the group who didn't change since the beginning. He is playing guitar. Besides Yeni Türkü, he made an album himself called Musikarium in 1997. He is still actively performing music and work as producer.
He graduated from Ankara Science High School in 1971 and then got a B.S. degree in architecture and a M.A. degree in economy at Middle East Technical University.
