Derna (Felsőderna in Hungarian) is a commune in northeastern Bihor County, Romania, 50 km from the county town, Oradea and 35 km from Marghita. It borders the communes of Popeşti, Chişlaz, Brusturi and Spinuş.

The commune has a population of 3,020 people, the majority of which are Romanians. There is, however, a Hungarian and Slovak minority.
