The Derby dello Stretto is a derby between two football clubs in Italy. It is played twice a year in the Serie A, unless the two sides do not play in the same division that season. These two clubs are Messina and Reggina Calcio. Derby dello Stretto translates in English to the Derby of the Strait, specifically the Strait of Messina that separates mainland Italy from Sicily.
