The Department of Foreign Affairs and International Trade /Foreign Affairs and International Trade Canada is, under the government of Stephen Harper, the form of the merger between Foreign Affairs and International Trade Canada. I have proposed that these two be merged into this article, and this one needs all the necessary template of a functioning Canadian government department.
