Bill is a character on the US post-apocalyptic drama Jericho. He is played by Richard Speight Jr.
Bill is one of the last Deputy Sherriffs of Jericho, Kansas.
Bill is one if the few Jericho Law Enforcers left after, in the Pilot episode, escaped prisoners kill the other Deputies including the Sherriff. His partner is Jimmy and helps enforce the law, to some extent in Jericho. In the episode Fallout Jimmy and Bill were stuffed in the trunk of their Ford Crown Victoria Police Car wile two escaped prisoners posed as them to escape prison. In the Fourth Episode, Bill points out to Mayor Green that if their town was attacked, Him and Jimmy are it's only line of defense. In Episode Seven, Jonah Prowse thretans Bill with a shotgun, takes his kees, and frees Mitchell Cafferty, and lock Bill in the Jail. In the episode Vox Popli Bill admits to Jimmy that he is voting for Grey Anderson "This is still America." Jimmy Responds, "Just Barley". At the End of the episode, Bill swears Grey Anderson into office.
