The Department of Employment and Workplace Relations is an Australian government department. It's role is to maximise the ability of unemployed Australians to find work and support employment growth and improved productive performance of enterprises in Australia. The Department of Employment and Workplace Relations is responsible for the highly controversial WorkChoices.
