Department for Employment and Learning (DEL, sometimes DELNI) (Irish: An Roinn Fostaíochta agus Foghlaim) is a Government Department in the Northern Ireland Executive, the current direct-rule minister is Maria Eagle MP. The aim of the Department is to "promote learning and skills, to prepare people for work and to support the economy.". The department was originally the Department for Further and Higher Education, Training and Development.
