Denys Watkins-Pitchford

Denys James Watkins-Pitchford (b. 25th July 1905, Lamport, Northamptonshire - d. October 1990) was was a children's author, illustrator and country man who wrote under the pseudonym BB.
He won the 1942 Carnegie Medal.
