Dennis P. Zine is a Los Angeles City Councilman and represents the city's 3rd Council District. The 3rd district includes: Woodland Hills, Tarzana, Reseda, West Hills, Winnetka and Canoga Park. Councilman Zine is also a LAPD Reserve officer. Prior to his career as a councilman, Zine was a police officer.
