Dennis Hood

Dennis Hood (born 1970) is an Australian politician and the Family First Party's second representative in the South Australian Legislative Council, having won his seat in the 2006 South Australian Legislative Elections. Hood held a senior position in Johnson and Johnson’s pharmaceuticals prior to joining Family First and has two university degrees; a Bachelor of Economics and a Bachelor of Arts (with honours). He is a member of the Rostrevor Baptist Church and married to Lisa.
On 31st August, 2006, Hood voted to suppress from the internet edition of Hansard a speech by Sandra Kanck that gave details of a variety of suicide methods.
