Denise Riley

Denise Riley (born 1948 in Carlisle, England) is professor of Philosophy and English literature, a philosophical linguist, critical theorist, and poet.
Her interests are art, poetry, and the philosophy of language. She has written and edited a number of books and several works of poetry.
She is not related to the poet Peter Riley.
