Aksyon Demokratiko is a political party founded by the late Senator Raul S. Roco. It is a mainstream political party that advocates "non-traditional" means of politics. It was recognized as a national political party in 1997 by the Commission on Elections(COMELEC).

It participated in three national and local elections (1998, 2001 & 2004) where it had moderate successes. Its Agenda of Hope (the late Senator Roco's platform of governance for his presidential bid in 2004) continues to be the party platform. Magbago! (Change!) Makialam!(Participate!) Sulong sa Bagong Pilipinas! (Forward to a New Philippines!) are the party's battlecry.
