The file appears to originate from Amazon. There is no clear policy about this, but personally I would recommend scanning an image yourself because even with fair use it is a commercial third vendor which can technically claim copyright on the jpg. If you can rescan it (because I don't have the single) then you would make it easier. IIRC Amazon had once been asked about using their images but couldn't give a positive or negative reply. Even though the image may originate from Interscope, it is not always the case for commercial vendors and often they have to create the images themselves, so you cannot say that it is from Interscope. It could very well be produced by amazon. My recommendation is please scan it yourself and replace the image to prevent any problems. KittenKlub 17:33, 23 November 2005 (UTC)
