Delwa Kassiré Koumakoye

Nouradine Delwa Kassiré Koumakoye (born 1949) is a member of the Pan-African Parliament from Chad. He served as the country's prime minister from November 6, 1993 until April 8, 1995.
Koumakoye was an official candidate for the Chadian presidency in the 2006 elections, held on May 3. He came in second with about 15% of the vote, behind President Idriss Déby.
