Delia's is a clothing retailer aimed towards teenage girls and young adult women. The company started out as a mail-order print catalog Fall 1994. It was founded by Stephen Kahn and Chris Edgar. Their online shop was launched in 1999 and they began opening retail stores in November 1999. In addition to clothing, they also sell accessories and home furnishings. Their clothing is fashion-forward for the everyday teen.
